Become an Area Developer
An Area Developer owns exclusive right to develop the Ice House America franchise concept within a particular territory. In order to obtain rights to a territory, the prospective buyer must have strong financial resources and a successful track record of business management. Area Developers are typically responsible for opening a pilot franchise in their specified territory, subsequently recruiting, training and supporting new franchisees within that territory. The Area Developer partner shares in initial and ongoing fees and royalties developed in the territories awarded.
