Under this new program, your device will  be covered under warranty the entire time that you are part of SmartIce. New devices that are being shipped also support 5G and have technology in the device to automatically keep trying to connect back to the carriers when there is an issue. Also, in SmartIce on the Maintenance page, you will have the ability to reboot your device. Since this device is not part of your machine, if you sell your machine or cancel SmartIce, it will need to be shipped back to Ice House America. If you’re on an annual plan, it will automatically bill you for the remainder of the time until your subscription is due for the modem fee.
