Have a business with a parking lot and a nice retail location?
Consider leasing your vacant land to an ice & water vending entrepreneur and you can earn passive income easily
The majority of the IHA ice and water vending machines sit outside of a commercial building in their parking lot. If you have a business or own land in a busy part of town, you can lease your land and start making passive income from land with no upkeep. You don’t have to buy or run the machine; you can simply lease your land to someone looking for a great location for their own machine.
It’s simple! Contact us with your information and location. Then, we’ll get in touch and add you to our internal referral database. If we get someone looking to purchase and place a machine in your area that doesn’t have a location in mind, we can connect you both to arrange a monthly lease of your land for their machine placement.
Leasing your land to an ice vending entrepreneur is easy and straightforward. Once we get information about your location and we connect you with an interested entrepreneur, our team will work with both of you to finalize the details. Here’s what you need to know:
What do you need to do? You’ll need to keep the area accessible and convenient for customers to access the vending machine. You’ll also need to provide a map to necessary utilities.
How much can you make? You’ll make a set amount stated in a contract between you and the ice machine owner.
What does the owner do? The owner will keep the surrounding area and machine clean and in good working order.
What does IHA do? While we help connect vending owners and land owners, we don’t have legal authority over either. You and the vending owner have an independent contract! We build and place the machine, but take no fees.
You probably have some additional questions, and we’re happy to help! Contact us today to learn more about leasing your land to a vending machine owner.
