Every Ice House Machine using SmartIce can be equipped with a video surveillance and remote monitoring system. Cameras are typically configured to monitor the ice maker storage bin, access panel to monitor the cash and coin mechanisms, and also exterior cameras to monitor customers, the surroundings, and the vending process.
The cameras can be accessed remotely via the SmartIce application and pan/tilt and look around as necessary to check-in real time on what is happening at your location. If you have any concerns about the security of your machine or activities happening around it, you can check in at any time!
SmartIce generates reports remotely on single machines, aggregate reports based on custom groups, or complete reports from all machines. You can easily view your total ice and water vends, view by product, view by machine, and more. These detailed reports cover all of your day-to-day and year-end needs, while giving you valuable insights into sales trends. You can even see how your machine stacks up against other machines in the area, state, and country.
