Our ice and water vending machines are built to last and to keep working, even during the busiest times. However, to keep your machine in good working order, they need a little regular maintenance. This includes things like emptying the cash receptacle, changing filters, checking components, and making sure the outside of the machine is clean and appealing to customers. We have videos and instructions on all of these items, so you can learn at your own pace and review at any time.
We know many of our owners want to run their business remotely. That’s why we made SmartIce. SmartIce not only lets you monitor and manage your machine(s) remotely, but also gives you in-depth information about your sales, activity, and trends. Penguin University gives you access to a variety of videos that will show you how SmartIce works and how you can use this software to manage and grow your business with ease.
Our Penguin University training and learning modules are available online for easy access from anywhere, but we also host in-person training events. Our Penguin University students will be the first to know about our in-person training events in Moultrie, GA. If you prefer hands-on learning and you’d like to meet and talk with other owners, these in-person training sessions are ideal for you.
